Terms of Service
The rules for using Monster Battle and its online services.
Using the game
By using Monster Battle, you agree to these terms. If you are below the age required to enter an agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you. Contact the Monster Battle team at [email protected] with questions.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. Link an email and complete verification if you want to access your account from another device. A guest account lives only in this device’s saved credentials: signing out, clearing app data or uninstalling makes an unlinked guest account unrecoverable. Guest accounts with no progress are deleted automatically after 30 days without activity. Do not impersonate another player, sell account access, or attempt to enter an account you do not own.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, modify network requests to obtain rewards, interfere with servers, or harass other players. We may restrict access to protect players and the service when accounts violate these rules. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.
Cards and virtual items
Cards, currencies, packs and cosmetics are game content, not cash or a real-world investment. They may be used only within the supported game systems. Availability, balance and reward schedules may change. Where paid purchases are offered, the price and applicable platform terms are shown before purchase. Nothing here removes refund or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Online and offline play
Online progress is controlled by the game server. Offline Trial does not award online currencies, cards or ranked progress. Connectivity, maintenance and software updates may affect availability. Live duels may be interrupted by a server restart; reconnect support does not guarantee a match survives a process restart.
Game content
Monster Battle’s artwork, branding, software and other content remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may use the game for its intended personal gameplay. These terms do not give permission to resell or redistribute its assets.
Privacy and leaving
Our Privacy Policy explains account data handling. You can stop playing, delete your account in the game under Settings → Delete account, or request deletion by email. Uninstalling the app alone does not remove an online account.
Service changes and responsibility
Features may evolve and unreleased features are not a promise of availability. We take reasonable steps to operate the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or freedom from every defect. Any limits of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer protections still apply.
